Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 10-15 mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt, black pepper

Method

Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Add salt to the boiling water and boil the zucchini.
Drain the boiled zucchini from the water.
Season it with salt, a tablespoon of olive oil and lemon.
Cut the onions and mushrooms into slices.
Toss it with a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
Add grated tomatoes, salt and pepper to it.
Put the boiled zucchini on a plate and serve with the mushroom sauce.
