Ingredients

  • 1 slice of toast
  • Two slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons of labneh
  • 1 teaspoon caper flower
  • 2 dill sticks
  • 1 small radish

Method

Toast the toast in the toaster.
Add the labneh and put the capers.
Roll the salmon slices into roses and place them on the bread.
Cut the radish into thin slices and garnish with dill.
