Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of rosemary
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ orange
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg white

Method

Peel the orange.
Put peeled oranges and other ingredients in a blender.
Mix until all ingredients are blended.
Pour the mixture into a cup.
