Ingredients

  • 1 cup of filtered coffee
  • 1 red apple
  • Two slices of pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup of lactose-free milk
  • 1 small cup of raw almonds

Method

• Put the filtered coffee, milk, cinnamon, cocoa and oats in a juice blender and grind them.
• Cut the pineapple and the red apple and add them to the mixture.
• Add raw almonds and grind until smooth.
• Serve it with cinnamon.
