  • 1 egg white
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 persimmon without seeds

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1-2 minutes.
Pour into a cup.
