Ingredients

  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of caviar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of grape vinegar
  • ½ cup dill
  • ½ cup of parsley
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3 small radishes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 egg
  • A cup of green onions
  • salt

Method

• Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs.

• Cut the cucumber, radish, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs and carrots into cubes.

• Finely chop the dill, parsley and green onion

• Mix the yogurt, water and kefir in a separate bowl and mix them with all the vegetables and add salt.

• We serve it cold.
