Ingredients

  • 1 butter sheet
  • 1 fish fillet
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 parsley sticks
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt
  • black pepper

Method

• We wash the fish and remove the bones from it.
• Put the parchment paper in the oven dish.
• Put parsley sticks.
• Put half of the onion slices and put two slices of tomato on it.
• And put the fish on the vegetables.
• Add the remaining onion slices to the fish.
• Add salt and pepper to the fish covered with tomatoes, onions and lemon slices.
• Add the bay leaf and fold the paper.
• Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
• We serve it with lemon.
