Mac and cheese with chicken

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • Two cups of cooked macaroni
  • 100g of low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 50 g cheddar cheese
  • Two garlic cloves
  • A cup of liquid milk
  • 10 g butter
  • Salt, pepper and oregano


Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it melts.
add chicken, salt and pepper. Stir fry for 5-8 minutes or until tender then remove and set aside.
Add garlic and saute for two minutes.
Gradually add the milk, whisking.
Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese while continuing to whisk.
Once the cheese has melted into the mixture, Put the chicken and pasta, stir.
Sprinkle the top with more cheese.
Put the pan into the oven for 15 minutes. until the cheese becomes brown and bubbles form.
Decorate the face with oregano.
