Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of green tea
  • 1 boiled chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt

Method

Put the olive oil in a saucepan until it gets hot, then add the onion, garlic, red pepper and green pepper.
Add the chicken pieces and all the spices.
Add chicken broth, green tea and water.
Let all the ingredients cook together, then serve hot.
