Ingredients

  • okra 200 g
  • Meat 200 g
  • Meat 200 g
  • Tomato paste 1 tablespoon 20 g
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic : 10 cloves
  • Vegetable oil: 150 g cooked rice

Method

  • Put the oil on a medium heat and cook the chopped garlic and stir it well.
  • Add the minced meat to the mixture and continue to cook until the meat turns brown, then add the tomatoes and cook until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Add water to the ingredients and leave the mixture on the fire until it boils, then reduce the temperature and leave the mixture on a low heat.
  • Add the fried okra in an air fryer and bring the mixture to a boil again, then cook the mixture over a low heat for about twenty minutes, until the okra becomes soft and pliable, then serve the ready-made okra.
