Ingredients

  • 300 grams of broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 300 grams of artichokes (ground apple)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5 cups of water
  • 40 g of linden blossoms
  • salt, black pepper

Method

We put water in the pot, turn it off when it boils, put the linden tree in it, and let it ferment.
Put the olive oil in a separate saucepan.
We stir the garlic and onions.
Chop broccoli, carrots, artichokes, celery and zucchini and stir them with onions.
Pour the fermented linden water over the vegetables and let it boil.
Drain the soup.
We add salt and pepper.
Serve the soup hot.
