Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 dill sticks
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • salt, pepper

Method

  • Boil the eggs until they become hard.
  • We wash the boiled eggs in cold water and peel them.
  • Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
  • Add the yogurt, turmeric, salt and pepper to the yolks.
  • Dill can be used for stuffing or as a decoration.
  • We mash the mixture until smooth and put it back into the egg whites.
  • We serve it cold, garnished with pickles, hot peppers and dill.
