Ingredients

  • Two cups of skim milk
  • Mixed spices (white pepper - salt - ginger - onion powder - garlic powder)
  • A spoonful of oatmeal
  • 10 g butter

Method

Put the butter in a hot pan, then add the oatmeal and gradually add the milk.
We add spices to the mixture.
We stir the mixture until it gives a good thickness.
Then we add it to the prepared meal.
