Ingredients

  • 200 grams of medium-fat minced beef
  • salt , pepper, garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Two slices of tomato
  • 1 slice of white onion
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar-free ketchup

Method

• Knead the minced meat, salt, pepper and garlic powder with water and let it rest.
• Preheat the pan.
• Prepare the hamburger meatballs.
