Ingredients

  • 1 slice of toast
  • Two tablespoons of labneh
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 dried tomatoes
  • 2 dill sticks

Method

  • Toast bread in the toaster (toaster)
  • We put labneh on it.
  • Cut half an avocado into thin slices and place on top of the labneh.
  • Add the olive oil to the pan and cook the eggs.
  • We put the eggs on the avocado and garnish with the sun-dried tomatoes and dill.
