Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup of ground almonds
  • ½ cup crushed hazelnuts
  • 40 grams of flower honey
  • 80 grams of butter at room temperature

The filling

  • 2 pears
  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 40 grams of honey

Method

Mix the flour, almonds and hazelnuts in a food processor to form a paste.
Add the butter and honey to the prepared ingredients.
Cut the pear into small pieces.
In a bowl add the pear pieces, raisins, orange juice and honey and mix them.
Spread the dough in the oven tray and add the mixture that we prepared.
We put some dough in the form of a net on top of the mixture.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C until the dough is golden.
We can serve it with ice cream.
