Mix the flour, almonds and hazelnuts in a food processor to form a paste. |
Add the butter and honey to the prepared ingredients. |
Cut the pear into small pieces. |
In a bowl add the pear pieces, raisins, orange juice and honey and mix them. |
Spread the dough in the oven tray and add the mixture that we prepared. |
We put some dough in the form of a net on top of the mixture. |
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C until the dough is golden. |
We can serve it with ice cream. |
