Add half of the pesto sauce to the bottom of the oven tray. |
Cut the chicken breast in half and season with salt and pepper. |
Put the chicken breast on the sauce and pour the remaining sauce on it. |
Put the mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken. |
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them on the sides of the baking tray |
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes |
Served with tomato and sauce |
