Ingredients

  • ½ cauliflower
  • ½ onion
  • ½ carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 3-4 mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of peas
  • Roasted sesame sprinkle
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • black pepper

Method

Chop the cauliflower and chop it in a food processor.
Sauté the chopped carrots, onions, garlic and mushrooms over low heat without oil.
Add the cauliflower and stir, taking care not to cook it too much.
We add the peas.
Add soy sauce, black pepper, turmeric, cumin and ginger.
We serve it with sesame.
