Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 3 slices of pineapple
  • 10 cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of brewed green tea
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder

Method

  • We peel oranges and pineapples.
  • Put the brewed green tea, oats, ginger and cashews in a blender.
  • Add the peeled pineapple and orange and blend in the blender until smooth.
  • Preferably consumed during the day.
